Our Vision

Training and equipping Christian leaders to significantly impact the communities they serve for Jesus Christ.

Since its inception in 2001, IGSM has seen students from 28 different countries. Currently we have students in six different countries and are beginning training in a seventh this year.

We are often asked “Why another ministry school, for Christian leaders.” Our simple answer is that we have not seen a school that meets all of the following criteria:

• Spirit led training and equipping – Our primary focus as students, instructors, mentors, and staff must be to learn how to be Spirit-led and Spirit-directed.

• Mentor-Assisted – All students are mentored by seasoned Christian leaders who not only have the necessary academic qualifications but also the practical experience to guide and direct the student’s unique development progress. 

• Focus on the unity of the Body of Christ – There is incredible strength in having students and instructors representing the full spectrum of theological perspectives of the Christian faith as well as from a wide diversity of cultural contexts. 

• Training modules based on the practical needs of Christian leaders Our courses and assignments are designed to provide application, integration and implementation for ministry that is relevant in churches as well as marketplace settings today

• Accessible to students in virtually every location - IGSM has purposely chosen to operate with multiple formats that work for students in any setting. We provide training through the internet, through the use of flash drives, as well as tablet computers.

• Active learning environment - The training focuses on maximum personal growth and development for each student. We assume that each student has a unique background and is uniquely gifted by God for ministry. Our job is to equip them to fulfill the assignments God has purposed for each of them.

• Affordable pricing - There is no reason that the cost of Christian training cannot be scaled to fit the needs and economic capability of each student regardless of where they live.
