Student Documentation

All students are required to develop a personal ministry portfolio of their work. Electronic portfolios (sometimes referred to as e-portfolios or online portfolios) are a collection of student work that can be maintained and updated dynamically over time. An e-portfolio documents student progress and provides actual evidence of the work done to meet the requirements for each learning module. It will include a form that keeps track of the hours spent for each module. These portfolios include not only assignments completed, but also student’s reflections on their own learning, which adds value to the learning experience and provides guidance for future growth and development. This form as well as the material in the portfolio will be submitted to the mentor who will evaluate and certify the work. When a student gets to the end of a degree program they will be required to meet with a review team who will provide the final certification of the work completed to earn the degree.
